Damaged Packaging?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as proof of the condition of the packaging and its contents. Send it to contato@aqualiza.com along with your order number so our customer service team can resolve the issue.

Please do so within 24 hours of receiving the package; otherwise, your claim will be invalid.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you by email if it has been accepted. If so, you will receive your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used to place your order in our store.
